Discover the amazing sport of breath-hold diving (more commonly known as FreeDiving) at our 3 hour courses run at our private facility in South London or Wimborne, Dorset

At our South London facility the pool is heated to a balmy 30 degrees, and there is also a sauna for you to relax in during and after the session. This unique and completely private facility with off-street parking means that you do not need to compete for space in public swimming pools to learn!

The Wimborne, Dorset facility is held at the beautiful Canford School this is only 9 miles from Bornemouth and 33 miles from Southhampton. Off-Street parking and full teaching facilities are available for all students.

The course consists of a 1 hour lecture, followed by 2 hours in water training with one of our experienced Instructors.

This course is not taught by anyone else and is designed to fit around busy individuals who can't attend a long weekend course.

There is also the opportunity to join us for regular social activities as well as an option to join the "Tribe" - our regular FreeDiving club based at the same facilities.

2008 Course Selection

When does the course happen?

The Discover FreeDiving sessions are held every month on a Monday in Streatham, London between 19:30 and 23:30 and on a Wednesday in Wimborne, Dorset between 18:00 and 21:00. Each session is limited to 10 attendees so there will be plenty of room to concentrate on learning about FreeDiving.

Absolutely - if you run a club or have a group of friend/colleagues who'd like to learn and access to a pool we can arrange to come and teach you at your facility. We also offer 1 day courses for bigger groups.
