Michael Marcotte pays for his diving and travels through his day job as an Information Technology Director in Norman, Oklahoma. He has traveled to over thirty-five countries on five continents and speaks several languages. He has authored numerous travel-related and information technology magazine and e-zine articles, and stubbornly continues to use a low-tech but indestructible Nikonos II underwater camera. Michael and his wife Robin have been diving since 1989.
