Author Bio: Karol Meyer
Karol Meyer is the most important freediver in Brazil, founder Aida Brazil on 2000, and co-founder Aida International.
She start his adventures underwater with scuba diver, where she is Padi Rescue Diver and other specialties.
In her freediving career she learned with the special french group at Nice-France, also with Umberto Pellizari, Pípin and more recent with Patrick Musimu.
She did 4 world records, 15 south american records and more recently 2 pan-american records in static apnea.
The first women to break the 6'00 in static apnea and also did a world record during competition, now became also the 2nd woman to break the 7'00 barrier !
Linving in one of the most beautiful places in Brazil - Florianópolis Island - Karol Meyer is formed in Lawyer with specialization in Enterprise, actually share her time with the job in a governamental bank, in a succes carrier like motivacional lecture and start a project of social inclusion of devoid children in Brazil, where she will teach the freediving for young poor people as a form of social inclusion.
She always try to find time to do one of her passions - freediving !
