Author Bio: Vladimir Soto
Vladimir Soto is a PADI IDC Staff instructor and professional underwater videographer. He became certified in 1996 and started teaching in 2000.
Since then he's tried to scratch the relentless dive itch by working and teaching on a few live-aboards through out the Caribbean and in Monterey bay.
When he has some free time he earns a living as an award-winning design director.
